1	I think leadership is on the right track, I think AAED does many good things and staff needs to pay better attention to detail when supporting committees and membership.
2	As a real estate member my biggest value is meeting and networking with the ED community and learning about their cities.

4	I really think that AAED provides the most value when it is focused on professional development of people in the economic development field.

	Legislative action and networking are not as important to me. I have many networking opportunities that put me in front of clients and I have access to other sources for information about legislation. But no one is providing good local or regional training about economic development with cutting edge information.
5	Kudos to the staff! I think all the bases are being covered now. Let's continue to nurture our new members and remind membership to look to recruit new people to the fold.
6	Make every effort to ensure that our board of directors and staff represent the organization with the utmost integrity and political aplomb.

16	More networking opportunities in the rural areas--most AAED events are in Phoenix metro; more relevant/pertinent content in Update and other communications; better feedback/response from AAED Board members/committee chairs (email sent to Chris Camacho on 1/25/08 was never answered--today is 4/2/08). AAED staff are more responsive, and responsible.
17	Better system to communicate with members on a timely basis - make sure notices of coming events/activities are sent out way in advance of the subject matter.
18	I am new to AAED(last 3 months) so I have not participated in a lot of events but do feel my membership will be valuable to me.
19	The future of Arizona is RURAL! AAED could be more involved there.
20	The AAED staff needs to answer the phone. There is seldom a reason that everyone needs to be out of the office at the same time. Bridgette and Courney should trade off events whenever possible, except for our major conferences.
21	add tele-conference ability to 'attend' not only Board meetings but also regular meetings, or at least view regular meetings after they have been held.
22	Have the director be more friendly to all
