8	As I mentioned in the previous email, more educational 'fundamentals' would help, beyond the conferences, to prepare us for the CeCD certification and to educate us/better position us to create employment. The lunch topics are good, but I'd like to see more professional enrichment opportunities.
9	Current events: Status of the housing market, program on the current legislative session and a program on how the slowdown/downturn in the market is affecting the cities to conduct their business (East Valley city, Phoenix and West Valley city).
10	What does it take to Develop GREEN - "The Insight to Selecting Sites!" more and more developers are looking at LEED and GREEN but I'm not sure our ED practitioners know what it a site requires to meet the developers initiatives. It would be nice for all AZ ED staff to be educated on it so we look like we're in tune with them.
